Welcome to Lombok. Like most of the islands in Indonesia’s archipelago it centres around a volcano, Mt Rinjani, all 3,726 metres of it. Lombok is a tourist dream, not yet discovered by the world. White sand beaches are everywhere, often protected by coral reefs thus keeping the waves down to a safe level for the inexperienced. Welcome to Lombok.
